Gallery Display

While I like the gallery default display unless you have a number of categories it doesn't look good to me. I prefer the forum layout and that is what I use on my Invision Community Pages setups.

 

What are you're thoughts on this?

I prefer the forum layout too. Looks better organized that way.

That's what I always thought. Then I started thinking the reason I like the forum layout is because all the years with vbulletin and vbgallery conditioned me to that look. The more I see other Invision Community Pages installs on other sites the more I am starting to like. Maybe down the road I''l prefer it.

Yea there is an option in the gallery settings to change to forum view for cats and albums. It's pretty well hidden too and not descriptve of what it does until you read the help.

I prefer it with the forum layout as well...as much time as I spend coding skins for the default setup (obviously), it's refreshing to see it the way you have it Bob.
