Computer Head Posted August 7, 2009 Posted August 7, 2009 I have a feedback and support forum on my site but I keep it hidden from guests so only registered users can access it. What do you all do? Quote
GoodOmens Posted August 9, 2009 Posted August 9, 2009 I keep mine available but never really thought about hiding it. Personally I've never looked at a support forum and decided to join / not join a forum. Quote
el canadiano_ Posted August 14, 2009 Posted August 14, 2009 Of course not. You gotta always be open to suggestions or be subject to many criticisms. Quote

Bobtista Posted August 25, 2009 Posted August 25, 2009 I think if anything, guests will see that you answer your feedback forum, and it'll make them feel more confident that when they join, you might make a change for them.. and it shows that you actually care about maintaining the site.. I don't hide mine. Quote
jaks Posted August 26, 2009 Posted August 26, 2009 No, I see no reason to hide that forum, I just keep it public. Quote
Corgylegs Posted August 26, 2009 Posted August 26, 2009 i've always thought of having a ticket system or something to the affect for support/help. in my opinion it makes the forum look professional and adds the security of 1 to 1 chats that can help with perrsonal problems like accounts and billing. Fratal Posted September 24, 2009 Posted September 24, 2009 No, I don't hide mine. I don't see a reason to anyways. Quote
