stumbleupon is an amazing site to get advertising also facebook but facebook is abit pointless.

i'd use the market place for developers and skinners to sell and buy mods and skins that way you can do it legally and you get members here aswell.

they said that its not recommended as if you lose your money and they get the account back they can't do anything about it since you gave away money/details willingly.

make sure its moderated with trusted staff and do a low commission to stop scammers ect.

you can always ask for a quote to make the skin available for the part of the forum that you need.

make the forum hidden and give the url to the members that need it, or make a secondary group for the members and use permission masls that way.

use permission masks and password protection or better yet, use the hidden board and give them the board URL that usually solves the problem!

the only way to sort of keep the threads private is to make the forum private, i belive theres a setting were only the thread poster and staff can only see the thread but i'm not sure, i belive if you change the permission masks that might sort of do the same trick.

depending on the size of the forum i'd use root admin (owner), Management team (admins), Supervisors (global Moderators), Moderators (forum moderators), Trainee Moderators (test forum/trianing being given).
