  1. Removing the "no permission" buttons from the top of the pages will increase what is displayed in your SERP's. This also helps the search engines get to your content faster, and by having less code to read before the actual start of your threads/posts. Removing these two buttons is a simple task and only takes a few minutes.   3. I have a feedback and support forum on my site but I keep it hidden from guests so only registered users can access it. What do you all do?

  4. I need advice on getting more members to my video game reviews and discussion forum. Right now, I have the RSS feed for my forum going to Twitter every 12 hours, and going to my Facebook. I also do post exchanges. I'm thinking about holding a gaming marathon for charity, which would help with publicity. What else can I do to get more people to join and be active members?

  7. On my forums, I have an Administrator (me), a Vice-Administrator with limited administration capabilities, Moderators (technically they are global moderators), and Staff Members who moderate specific forums. What do you all use as your staff structure?

    How many people use the open source project of Wordpress to power their sites? I was using it here before CCS came out, and I use it on a number of other sites I manage right now. Currently, I'm making use of the Woothemes http://bit.ly/4pyuiY I find them to be fantastic.
