When I use ie7 opening the board, ie7 crashes and closes the connection (website cannot be opened) No problems in FF and GG. Anyone else have this?

A new forum category for ex-Vbulletin users would be very useful. We (ex-vb clubbers) can discuss the things and ask our questions. I know i could do it on invision forums but i dont want to ruin there with my vb questions. I am sure there are many admins like me and it would also give some boost to this forum.

The whole site is really starting to take shape. I especially like the main page. The only suggestion I would make is to change the gallery display to look like forum categories until you get a larger amount of albums. Other than that the place is shaping up real nice.

As a potential vB convert, how do you add comments to photos in the galleries? There is a comment count, but I'm not seeing a button or link to add a comment?

Hi Brandon, Thanks for setting up the IPB version of setup. I like you, have moved one of my forums from vB to IPB. I thought I'd point out there is a page loading error on the home page. It's a java error related to the shout-box. I kept getting the same error myself whenever I enabled the shoutbox on the sidebar. I thought I'd point it out, if you figure out a fix, let me know! -Chris

Hi Brandon, (old vb groupie here, hehe) I played around a bit with the forum index, as I found the default theme and many of its variants rather flat. If you look at the forum index, the only thing that pops out is the "In" and "By" in the third column. I know you are working on it, but I do not want to keep it to myself. Yesterday I noticed there was no direct link on the homepage to the boards index, only to the subforums. Is that supposed to be like that. Personaly I do not like it and want a normal link to the boards. Now I must go to a subforum and than to the index. I vistit this board the past 3 days and every day I must login again while I did have 'remember me' activated. Is this board standard? I do not have this problem on any othet boards I own and visit (and that are allot)

I just purchased www.IPBSetup.com and it was suggested to me that I use that URL vs the current www.IPBHelp.me I like the .me I have, I think it's catchy, but I do see a point in useing a .com. If you had these two URL and wanted to make a general support site for IPB fans, which one would you use? Please vote also, does anyone know how I'd go about changing the URL in the IPB settings? I can do it in vBulletin blindfolded, but I'm still searching around in IPB for settings. Thanks everyone -Brandon

I'm going to add a new style at some point, I'd like it to match my logo but that's not a deal breaker. I can always get a new logo made. I'm open to suggestions.. paid or free thanks -Brandon

Would a IPS marketplace be a good idea here on our forums. We'll probably limit the scope of what can be bought/sold/traded to reduce the risk of scams and other garbage from flooding the forums. But I'm thinking a place where members can buy and sell their used IPS software licenses will be a nice place.

thought i'd mention that you have a spelling mistake on your terms and conditions i can't remember exact but its near the end of the text.

I really think a lot of these forums should not be private until you have more post in them.
